Italians love their community and share their food with smiles and wine. This love of food and pasta fueled the motivation to bring Italian cuisine to Richmond Hill.
The owners’ passion for fresh pasta, community, and good, simple, whole food is the driving force behind our restaurant offering a rotating selection of Italian-inspired smaller and larger plates with wine pairings to match.
Our staff welcomes the opportunity to serve you. We hope you taste the passion in our cooking.
Grazie per essere venuti
Thank you for coming
For the past twenty years, Chef Michael has been cooking up creative and delicious dishes throughout Florida and Georgia.
Born in Florida, Michael was surrounded by culinary diversity at a young age which helped pique his interests in the culinary arts. Michael's passion for cooking comes from a line of Chefs. His late father, Michael Lochiatto and his uncle, Jerry Lochiatto have always been both his biggest inspirations.
He started his first job in the restaurant industry at the age of 16 as a Roundsman at the Wyndham Hotel and Spa. Michael always aspired to be an Executive Chef as his father was.
After finishing high school, he went on to study and receive a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University. He has worked at several restaurants throughout the years in both Florida and Georgia as an Executive Chef.
In his free time, he enjoys spending every moment with his family. Every meal that he creates reflects his family values and his passion for food.
When it comes to the question of homemade pasta versus store-bought pasta, there’s no argument.
Homemade pasta is always going to be fresher, healthier, richer and tastier.
Fresh pasta became the owner's passion because if it's worth doing, it's worth over-doing. We pride our concept on giving you the freshest, and quality ingredients.
Our pastiolo creates a labor of love each and every day as he prepares fresh pasta for our guests to enjoy.
Come taste the difference!
